Orders & Payment

We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.

Once you’ve completed your purchase, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to you automatically. Once we’ve shipped your order, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to you manually. If you received the Order Confirmation, but didn’t receive the Shipping Confirmation email then this means the order is still in process. Please check your junk mail or spam folders in case you don’t see any confirmation email. Otherwise, contact us via madeofjoys@outlook.com and we will re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.

We will do our best to ship out all orders within 1-2 business days once they’ve placed. If you need your order sooner, please email us via madeofjoys@outlook.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.

We are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they’ve been placed. Our team works quickly to fulfill orders so that we can deliver them to you as soon as possible. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address or have questions about the status of your order, please immediately sent an email to madeofjoys@outlook.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request, unfortunately, we cannot make any guarantees.

Normal order is packed in a simple wrapping way. Gift Wrapping order is packed in a velvet jewelry box and paper packing box. Our packing boxes, gift boxes, and jewelry carding are all made from 100% recycled paper in order to minimize our consumption of paper products, we don’t put any packing slip or physical receipt in our orders.

Your order will be nicely packaged in a velvet jewelry box. If you want to add a personal message on a card, please leave notes in the text box called Order Special Instructions or Additional Comments(you can find it in your shopping cart-click the"Clipboard" icon or click the "VIEW CART" button).

Shipping & Tracking

Currently, we offer FREE Standard Shipping on orders over $50.
Normally, it takes 7-14 days to arrive. The shipping estimate is approximate and in business days. Please note business days do not include weekends. Our team will do our best to make sure you receive your order as soon as possible. Orders may take a little longer than expected to arrive due to inclement weather, holidays, and/or carrier delays, and other uncontrollable factors. The shipping time frame may vary according to the destination you would like your order shipped to. For some destinations, it may take 7 additional business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with the tracking. If you need more information or have any questions about your tracking, please email madeofjoys@outlook.com. Tracking information on your order will become available 1–5 business days after you received a Shipping Confirmation email. Please note each status of tracking information can take 48 hours to update. International orders placed with Standard Shipping may be transited between local mail carriers. This means you may receive more than one tracking number. If you have any questions about your tracking, please email madeofjoys@outlook.com with your order number. We will be more than happy to assist you.
We are not able to ship to PO boxes, APO boxes, FPO boxes, BFPO addresses, mail-forwarding addresses, pickup points, or parcel lockers. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Yes! We ship to most countries worldwide. Exchanges & Returns

We apologize for what happens!Please inspect your order upon reception and contact madeofjoys@outlook.com immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
To start a return, please contact our team directly (by emailing madeofjoys@outlook.com) so we can assist with your return. Please quote your order number in the subject line or body of the email and the item(s) you want to return. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Items tagged/listed/named as Sale, Final Sale, Last Chance, Gift Wrapping Box, Bundle(s), Gift Sets on the website can not be returned or exchanged at any time.
Please note, we no longer offer exchanges. The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We try to process all returned orders within 14 business days. However, in some cases, this time frame may be extended to 30 business days during the busy time of year. All refunds will be credited to the original credit card. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you are still waiting for your refund, please contact us via madeofjoys@outlook.com. Please note duties, taxes, handling costs and shipping costs are not refundable.
