Orders & Payment
We accept all major payment methods including Visa, Visa Debit, Maestro, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay.
Once you’ve completed your purchase, an Order Confirmation email will be sent to you automatically. Once we’ve shipped your order, a Shipping Confirmation email will be sent to you manually. If you received the Order Confirmation, but didn’t receive the Shipping Confirmation email then this means the order is still in process. Please check your junk mail or spam folders in case you don’t see any confirmation email. Otherwise, contact us via madeofjoys@outlook.com and we will re-send your confirmation email to you for your reference.
We will do our best to ship out all orders within 1-2 business days once they’ve placed. If you need your order sooner, please email us via madeofjoys@outlook.com and we will try our best to accommodate you.
We are unable to cancel or make any changes to orders once they’ve been placed. Our team works quickly to fulfill orders so that we can deliver them to you as soon as possible. If you have entered an incorrect shipping address or have questions about the status of your order, please immediately sent an email to madeofjoys@outlook.com with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate your request, unfortunately, we cannot make any guarantees.
Normal order is packed in a simple wrapping way. Gift Wrapping order is packed in a velvet jewelry box and paper packing box. Our packing boxes, gift boxes, and jewelry carding are all made from 100% recycled paper in order to minimize our consumption of paper products, we don’t put any packing slip or physical receipt in our orders.
Your order will be nicely packaged in a velvet jewelry box. If you want to add a personal message on a card, please leave notes in the text box called Order Special Instructions or Additional Comments(you can find it in your shopping cart-click the"Clipboard" icon or click the "VIEW CART" button).
