If you need to use the warranty, please email us at madeofjoys@outlook.com with a description of the issue and a photo of the product. Upon evaluation, we’ll send a replacement or provide other solution based on your issue/request.
We have a 30-Day Money Back Warranty, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a refund (under certain conditions). Within 30 days from the date of delivery, If the product shows defects in material or the way it looks, we will firstly send a replacement (remaking the product) or provide a product of equivalent value) at no extra cost. If you still cannot accept the solution, we will process the refund. Note: for returned products without quality issues, you can get 50% refund because the other 50% is the crafting fee for personalized product (shipping cost is not refundable)
