Plated pieces can be prone to oxidation, so we recommend that you avoid contacting with moisture and liquids. We suggest that removing them before you swim, shower, or apply lotion, sunscreen, makeup, or perfume. To minimize scratches, store your piece in your Made of Joys pouch or in a separate compartment in your jewelry box. If you need to clean your jewelry, use a soft cloth to wipe away dirt.

Within 30 days from the date of delivery, If the product shows defects in material or the way it looks, firstly we will send a replacement (remaking the product) or provide a product of equivalent value) at no extra cost.

If you still cannot accept the solution, we will process the refund with no question asked.

Note: for returned products without quality issues, you can get 50% refund because the other 50% is the crafting fee for personalized product (shipping cost is not refundable)
